TortTrace provides email and SMS re-engagement services for plaintiff law firms to contact their existing signed clients. The service charges $25 per successfully re-engaged client.
By using TortTrace, law firms confirm that all uploaded contacts have an existing attorney-client relationship and have provided prior express written consent to receive communications. Firms are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable state bar rules.
All SMS messages include opt-out instructions (reply STOP). TortTrace honors all opt-out requests. Message and data rates may apply.
Fees of $25 per re-engaged client are billed monthly. A client is considered re-engaged when they click a link in a TortTrace email or SMS.
