TortTrace is a client re-engagement platform for plaintiff law firms. We send SMS and email communications to existing signed clients on behalf of their attorneys to notify them of case updates and prompt them to reconnect with their legal representation.
Message frequency varies. Clients may receive up to 3 SMS messages per re-engagement campaign (Day 0, Day 5, Day 12). Messages are sent only in connection with an active attorney-client relationship.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future SMS communications. You will receive one confirmation message and will not be contacted again. Reply HELP for help.

TortTrace provides email and SMS re-engagement services for plaintiff law firms to contact their existing signed clients. The service charges $25 per successfully re-engaged client, billed in milestone batches.
By using TortTrace, law firms confirm that all uploaded contacts have an existing attorney-client relationship and have provided prior express written consent to receive communications. Firms are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable state bar rules.
Fees of $25 per re-engaged client. First re-engagement: $25. Next batch: $100. Ongoing batches: $500 per 20 clients. A client is considered re-engaged when they click a link, call, or reply to a TortTrace communication.
