TortTrace collects contact information (name, email address, phone number) provided by law firms on behalf of their clients for the purpose of re-engagement communications. We also collect usage data related to email opens, clicks, and SMS delivery.
Contact information is used solely to send re-engagement communications on behalf of the law firm that uploaded the data. We do not sell, share, or use this data for any other purpose.
SMS messages are sent only to individuals who have provided prior express written consent to their law firm. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Contact data is retained for the duration of the law firm's active campaigns and deleted upon request.
